When we define how to make a high-quality fused zirconium corundum brick, it is not only the ingredients that matter, but also how to cook it. Among them, oxidation process is especially important. On the one hand, the poorly oxidized product will produce bubbles when in contact with the glass liquid, and the glass phase will leak out in the upper structure application. On the other hand, over-oxidized products will have high porosity. Only the right oxidation level will enhance the corrosion resistance of the fused brick.
